Short Bio

Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the State University of Maringá (2001), Ph.D. in Science from the University of São Paulo (2007), postdoc at the University of São Paulo and is currently a research scientist at the Heart Institute of the Faculty of Medicine, University São Paulo. Operates on the following topics: white adipose tissue, energy metabolism, renin-angiotensin system, regulation of body weight, vascular endothelial cells, mechanotransduction, shear stress.
