Licenciate and bachelor s degree in Physical Education from State University of Campinas (Unicamp-2003); specialist in Biochemistry, Physiology, Sports Training and Sports Nutrition (Unicamp-2005); doctorate degree in Functional and Molecular Biology (Unicamp & Heart Institute InCor (HCFMUSP) 2008); post-doctorate student in Functional Genomics at Laboratory of Genetics and Molecular Cardiology and Hypertension Unit (HCFMUSP) and collaborator researcher of Unit of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Exercise Physiology, InCor. Performing in the areas of functional genomics and cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal phenotypes associated with exercise and exercise training, his line of research concentrates at the Genomic Analysis of Physical Fitness related to Health and of Human Physical Performance Phenotypes . Fellow researcher of the project Atletas do Futuro: a ômica a serviço do esporte (Athletes of the future: the omics in service to Sport). Lecturer of stricto and lato sensu courses at InCor (HC-FMUSP), among others as Unicamp (lato sensu), Sao Carlos Federal University UFSCar (lato sensu) and invited lecturer of medicine and physical education graduation courses from Unicamp, performs and has knowledge on the following themes: biochemistry and genetics applied to cardiology, endocrinology, musculoskeletal system, fat tissue morpho-functional and topographic distribution analysis, exercise and exercise training, genetics and human physical performance, and gene doping. Member of the Comissão Nacional de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde (CNRMS) (national comission of multi-professional residence in health) of the Brazilian Federal Government.
