Vinícius Bassaneze

Short Bio

Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences in Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP / EPM; 2002-2005). Masters of Sciences in Molecular Biology in the same University (2006-2008). Received PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP; 2008-2012). Is performing post-doc at Heart Institute - InCor (HC/FMUSP), has currently published ten articles and is a co-inventor on one patent owned by USP regarding aptamers application for mesenchymal cells. Works in the field of cardiovascular research with emphasis on the study of cardiac regeneration. Is interested on stem cells, progenitor cells, pluripotent stem cells, cardiomyocytes proliferation, surface markers and cell phenotyping.
