MSc Candidate in Bioinformatics (2025–) and BSc in Biomedical Informatics (2024) at the University of São Paulo, with emphasis on Quantum Biology, Neurosciences, and Bioengineering. Currently QA Analyst at the Laboratory of Genetics and Molecular Cardiology (Heart Institute – University of São Paulo Medical School), contributing to the “Brazil Genome Map” project with expertise in software architecture, development, and quality assurance. Also Software Engineer at BlackGenn, a Synthetic Biology startup, focused on a SaaS platform for genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics optimization through machine learning pipelines. Previous experience includes roles at Zallpy (Surgo Health), supporting health-tech innovation in Washington, D.C., and ByMyCell, developing bioinformatics applications for agribusiness and laboratory management. Academic background includes international research at the University of Cauca (Colombia), designing AI-driven Metabolic Engineering strategies for therapeutic compound production against Alzheimer’s disease, as well as thesis work in computational drug discovery at University of São Paulo. Recognitions include 1st place at Latin America’s inaugural AI hackathon (I Alinha Hacka – Effective Altruism Brazil, 2023), and selection for academic programs at Brown University and Columbia University.
